  48.   MacGS-503 is a port of Aladdin Ghostscript 5.03 to the Macintosh.
  49.   
  50.   The mac device in MacGS-503 now supports text and graphics anti-aliasing 
  51.   via the ghostscript command line options -dTextAlphaBits=number 
  52.   -dGraphicsAlphaBits=number, where number can take on the values 1, 2, or 
  53.   4.  To make life easier, the text and graphics antialiasing options are 
  54.   supported via the Settings dialog in the Edit menu.  Text and graphics 
  55.   anti-aliasing provides much more pleasing fonts and lines when rendering 
  56.   at low dpi.
  57.   
  58.   Printing is much improved.  The user can print an entire document or a 
  59.   subset of a document using the standard Macintosh printing dialog.
  60.   
  61.   A status dialog box is displayed when the user invokes ps2pdf, ps2ascii, 
  62.   etc., from the pull down menu or via drag-n-drop.
